How are the homes priced?
Homes are priced according to the design, materials used, labor costs, and to which building code is used, HUD or State Code Compliant(SCC). The standard features of our plans are listed with each plan in the home gallery. All custom homes are individually priced.
What is included in the base price?
The base price includes items listed in the standard features. Base prices can vary substantially. It is very important to compare standard features with base prices. Our base price typically includes a fully equipped kitchen, furnace, water heater, delivery and set-up, sales tax, the best financing terms available, and a complete home warranty. Site work is not included in base price. Because each site is different and depending on the type of foundation the customer desires, site work will be bid on after a site check has been performed. After all is said and bid, we offer more value to your home. "It's Always Better With Brian!"
How much are your homes per square foot?
Square foot pricing is the worst and most inaccurate way of comparing builders and housing value. There are thousands of items in a home and hundreds of hours labor. Something as simple as the finish on a faucet, or the type of wood used in the bath vanity cabinet can raise the price of the bathroom. Also, window design and configuration, whether or not the home has a fireplace, etc. all affect the square foot price. Comparing items, workmanship, service, checking references and viewing the building facility are the best way to determine value. I am convinced, that if you do your homework, you will agree we are the best value to address your housing needs.
